EXPERIENCED ELECTRICIAN/SOLAR INSTALLER WANTED!
Wanaka Solar is on the hunt for a lead installer… Who is capable of:
- Running installation teams and managing projects
- Having a thorough understanding and experience in residential solar installation
- Being able to find solutions to problems
- Comfortable with fault finding
- Nurture and train apprentices and labourers in order to upskill them
- Sign off apprenticeship assessments
- Be motivated to self-develop new skills
- A good communicator when it comes to project updates
- Understand off-grid design and installation – bonus
