Purpose of the role

Assist sales and operations with office-based tasks.

Essential Skills

  • Computer literate
  • Good communicator, verbally and digitally
  • Able to juggle a diverse range of tasks
  • Organisational skills essential
  • Be able to self manage tasks
  • Experience using various computer programs
  • Positive attitude
  • Be able to work in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Emailing customers and suppliers
  • Working with the inhouse “Suite software”
  • Order solar equipment for projects
  • Arrange network and retailer Approval
  • Arrange solar inspections
  • Set customers up on the solar online monitoring platform
  • Take drone pictures of the installations
  • Create handover documents
  • Sort any recycling and arrange it to get sent to the recycling depot  
  • Help job scheduling
  • Organise Show material for events
  • Get promotional material printed
